Change your attitude first…why a middle level company…with this mindset you won’t even get a position in low level company. Aim high. Give importance on soft skills more than anything else. It will definitely help you to get a good paying job, not only that, it will strengthen the foundation of your IT Career.

Guys , it doesn’t mater which & what company u all r working , don’t be confused for the way u r working in either top 10 IT companies or top 50 IT companies. The main mantra for reaching the highest level in this indusrty is first of all u need to love ur work then to love ur company, This means that working as developer in the mid capital IT company is far & far better than working as the customer support in IBM or TCS. In 1-3 yrs of your service be hard work and learn grasp new things to be discussed with the people.
I as myself join as the devloper in nucleus s/w which u have hardly heard , but i love my job only, & today i m working as senior technical associate in techmahindra & lots more stages to be crossed yet………………………:):)

  27. says

That’s really an inspiring word from you, you are exactly right,
passion is a must for any work/job/business
Many thanks for sharing your success :)
