The Beginning:

The Google doodles History has its beginning after the name of the search engine changed to the present name from the old Backrub. The very first logo of Google had its name in primary colors along with an exclamatory mark at the right end. The idea behind the primary color was simple. These colors attract the eyes of the users very easily and make them remember right from the first notice. One interesting that you should note here is that, the color of the letter ‘G’ was Blue, even though the order of primary colors started with Red. This is because Google never likes to follow the rules, according to its founders. This logo came into existence in the year 1998 and had its presence until the middle of 1990.

Changes:

There was a remarkable change in the Google doodles History in the year 1990. The giant internet company removed the exclamatory mark from its logo, since Yahoo!, the rival company too has an exclamatory mark. Following this change, there were no changes to the Google’s logo until the year of 2010. In the mid of 2010, Google came up with another logo that had some subtle changes. The third letter ‘O’ had a color change from Yellow to Orange. In addition to the color change, there came a different shadow appearance. Earlier, the shadow had a considerable space in the logo. However, the new logo has a reduced space for the shadow of the letters and the font type of the letters was the same as the previous one.

Doodles:

Even the name sounds interesting. Isn’t it? The Google Logo History has some remarkable Google Doodles that mark the important events around the world. The company offers freedom to its employees to come up with their own doodles to show a tribute to the historically important people, events and things on the very particular day. The Google Doodles have the name of the company with a theme that marks the significance of the day. Google introduced its first Doodle in the year 1999 that had a theme of a season change to winter. Since then, Google Doodle became one of the hot topics that the Internet population looks curiously every day. In recent years, with the improved versions of HTML language, the company produces Google Doodles with multimedia elements like audio, video etc. Thus, Google Doodles History, starting from a simple primary colored logo to a much tech-friendly Doodle, had witnessed interesting things and happenings.
